HELLO, I'M RENEE!
When I was 15, I walked into the local supermarket and asked for a job and walked out with a part-time gig as a Checkout Operator. I loved that job, meeting people from all walks of life and learning about life through their eyes. Seeing a customer leave our store happy and smiling after going through my check-out was the best feeling. That was almost 30 years ago...
Service is at the core of who I am, it is the foundation of how I practice design and leadership. I love listening and learning, especially about experiences that are different to my own. Through natural curiosity and intuitive social awareness, I have spent almost 3 decades building connections, nurturing relationships and collaborating. I relish every opportunity to make something better, and of course having fun along the way!
I am excited and proud that my career has led me to help people and teams see the best of themselves, while continuing my own learning journey in how to be the healthiest and most mindful me.
I've always loved to work. I'm grateful to be able to do work, that I love.
